Responsibilities

Key Account Lead
  • Own and manage rapport with existing clients from onboarding, training, and build customer trust towards Ninja Mart service.
  • Focal contact for day-to-day operations and manage change requests raised by assigned accounts.
  • Main customer support for existing operational and system enquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics, documentation and data.
  • Independently prepare, draft and review presentations with customers.
Product & Project development
  • Handle inquiries and perform related duties including ad hoc and Ninja Mart  related tasks as assigned.
  • Cross function coordinate for building internal SOP
  • Provide Ninja Mart expertise for incoming, onboarding and existing customers.
  • Create customer retention using value proposition and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years of extensive experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success role
  • Experience in Distributor management, worked for FMCG’s brands as senior Supervisor/ASM, Trade Marketing Supervisor/Manager
  • Experience in 3PL logistics business development, particularly fulfillment and warehousing.
  • Track Record on delivering and exceeding sales targets
  • At least Diploma / Degree in any Business related field (business, sales, marketing, finance, logistics, supply chain, communication
  • Business development or account management experience in Traditional Trade
  • Strong existing working relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms)
  • Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)

Key Accountabilities

  • Data management (35%):
– Commercial Initiatives:Work with market auditors to clearly understand findings to propose trade marketing/Commercial initiatives;
– Audit assurance lead, monitoring and ensuring market audits are carried out effectively to get the best insights, and to support improvements to the program.
  • Local management and coordination:
– Function assurance lead, monitoring and ensuring projects or changes to be made on the ground are well communicated and adopted, and to support continuous improvements to processes;
– Support team by providing and helping them understand relevant data and key actions that needs to be taken.
  • Data analysis (30%):
– Local commercial team lead for all cases related to data/templating;
– Mentoring, and supervising team members, facilitating high performance;
– Design and develop commercial / sales ops reports and dashboards (e.g. tracking of incentives to be distributed based on programs and their ROI) and conducting data analysis on these reports.
  • Commercial Initiatives (35%):
– Support regional team in planning commercial initiatives by providing insights from market audits and suggesting actionables;
– Support commercial ops functions, to cross check all reports from the beginning of the month to ensure accurate payouts;
– Manage & control budget and cost using.

Key Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in Sales operations, data analysis, and project management, trade MKT roles.
  • Degree or relevant experience with quantitative data and driving organizational changes.
